Yoga with Maria

Maria’s yoga journey began over 30 years ago in Kerala, India, where she was inspired by a humble yogi teaching in a hut among coconut palms. Since then, she has explored Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin and pregnancy yoga, maintaining a steady practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. Recently completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, Maria is excited to share the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga that have supported her through every stage of life.

Alongside yoga, Maria is a qualified massage therapist with diplomas in Clinical Therapeutic Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy, bringing a deep understanding of anatomy to her teaching.

Yoga with Sirpa

Sirpa’s yoga journey began at age eight when her grandmother took her to her first class — an experience that sparked a lifelong connection with yoga. Over the years, yoga has remained a steady thread through every stage of her life, offering balance, resilience and renewal. In 2015 while working in a demanding corporate career, Sirpa completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, later going on to deepen her practice with 300- and 500-hour advanced trainings, as well as specialist studies in pregnancy yoga and yin yoga.

She is also a Reiki Master Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Professional Development (CPD) trainer, passionate about supporting teachers and students alike.
