Programme

The retreat is for anyone who has learned reiki at level 3a or above in any lineage. Starting at 10am on Saturday and finishing at 5pm on Sunday. We have a uplifting inspiring two days of healing, sharing, creating, inspiring and connecting. Activities include:

• Reiju: Receive an attunement from a Reiki Master in a place of power and healing. The Sharda Centre is a very special place that intensifies our connection to the energy of the source, the earth, each other and ourselves.

• Reiki Circle and meditation: we will join together with open hearts in a circle of love.  Sending reiki to each other, our communities and the whole world.

• Yoga Nidra: a form of guided meditation where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation that releases pent-up emotions and stress to “detoxify” the brain

• Sound Healing: An interactive sound healing session to open, clear, and balance your chakras and release stuck energy

• Mini Workshops on Traditional Reiki Techniques: Share/Learn/Review/Practice/Discuss - New Reiki Master Teachers will have the opportunity to lead a meditation or short workshop.

• Reiki Share – take turns giving and receiving reiki on both days

• Havan Fire Ceremony - Experience the power of mantra and the element of transformation in this ancient and powerful ritual that has a purifying effect on both the people who perform it as well as the surrounding environment. 

• Create a sacred talisman – create a talisman infused with reiki and blessed in the purifying waters of the land. This can be for yourself or a gift for a special person in your life.

• Morning Yoga on Sunday (optional)
