Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to consciously relax (physically mentally & emotionally!) so that your body can heal itself. Some of the benefits of yoga nidra include:

This facilitators course will teach you how to safely guide and support people through the practice. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to offer yoga nidra - it is a very accessible practice open to everyone.


Sirpa is a Registered Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance and attendees will gain 20 in person CPD hours .

6.    Assessment: Create your own Yoga Nidra sessions and refine your skills as a Yoga Nidra facilitator. This portion is to be completed online after the weekend retreat to gain the Certificate in Yoga Nidra Facilitation level 1.
